Terms of Use
Effective August 25, 2026 · Version 2026-08-25.1
These terms govern your use of BORSA: Stock News & Alerts. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
1 · The BORSA service
BORSA organizes public-source US market news, economic and earnings calendars, scheduled written and AI-narrated reports, ticker context, sentiment indicators, and priority alerts. Features, sources, coverage, and availability may change as the service develops.
2 · Information only — not investment advice
News, sentiment, scores, calendars, alerts, model output, and third-party information can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or changed without notice. Verify material information with primary sources and a qualified professional before acting. Investing and trading involve risk, including loss of principal.
3 · Accounts
- Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and devices, and notify BORSA promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
- Do not share an account in a way that defeats plan limits, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, scrape protected interfaces, bypass security or rate limits, or use BORSA unlawfully.
- You must be legally able to enter this agreement. A parent or guardian must approve use where applicable law requires it.
4 · BORSA Plus subscriptions
- BORSA Plus is offered as a one-month or one-year auto-renewable subscription. It provides the premium intelligence, personalization, watchlist, and alert features described on the purchase screen during the subscription period.
- Eligible new subscribers may receive a three-day free trial. The applicable Apple confirmation sheet or Stripe checkout page shows the price that will be charged when the trial ends and controls over conflicting marketing copy.
- An iOS purchase is charged to your Apple Account. A web purchase is processed by Stripe using the payment method submitted in secure checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected interval until canceled through the provider that processed the purchase.
- Manage or cancel through Apple’s subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund the current period. Request an eligible refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service.
- Use Restore Purchases in the iOS app to restore an eligible subscription associated with your Apple Account. BORSA does not provide an external purchase flow inside the iOS app.
- Manage a web subscription through the secure Stripe billing portal linked from BORSA Account. Web and App Store purchases grant the same BORSA account entitlement when the same verified account is used.
5 · Account deletion and subscriptions
You may initiate permanent deletion from Account settings. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions: deleting BORSA does not cancel an Apple or Stripe subscription. Review Account Deletion and cancel through Apple first if you do not want renewal.
6 · Sources, intellectual property, and feedback
BORSA’s software, design, brand, original reports, taxonomies, and editorial presentation are owned by BORSA 321 or its licensors. Source facts, company names, tickers, trademarks, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Inclusion of a source or issuer does not imply endorsement.
You may use BORSA for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not republish substantial portions, resell access, build a competing feed from the service, or remove ownership notices without permission. If you send product feedback, BORSA may use it without restriction or compensation.
7 · Availability, enforcement, and changes
BORSA may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or security risk. Where practical, BORSA will provide notice of material paid-service changes and continue purchased access through the applicable subscription period as required by Apple’s terms and law.
8 · Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BORSA is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. BORSA 321 and its providers are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for BORSA during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that law does not allow BORSA to limit.
9 · Apple terms
For an iOS download, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the licensed application unless BORSA and Apple publish a valid custom license agreement. These BORSA Terms govern the account and service relationship. If the two conflict regarding the iOS application license, Apple’s applicable license terms control.
10 · Changes and contact
BORSA may update these terms. The version and effective date above identify the current terms; material changes will be communicated when appropriate. Questions, copyright notices, or legal concerns can be sent to contact@borsa321.com.
