Lennar Corp amended its revolving credit and term loan facilities on Oct 26, increasing revolving commitments to $3.795B and extending maturity to 2031. The SOFR credit spread adjustment was removed, and rating-based margin reductions were added. Total borrowing capacity rose to $4.545B. Lennar also drew $40M from the term loan accordion.
