AIG has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Everest Compañía de Seguros Generales Chile, an insurance business serving corporate and upper-middle-income clients. The deal includes property, energy, marine, financial lines and casualty insurance. Closing is expected in the first half of 2027. AIG also completed its previously announced acquisition of Everest Colombia.
