Japan August composite PMI edges up to 53.5, services PMI revised higher

Japan's final composite PMI for August came in at 53.5, slightly above the prior 53.4. The services PMI was revised up to 52.5 from the flash 52.3. Australia's composite PMI also rose to 52.7 from 52.5, with services at 53.2.
