Bentley Systems said Seequent has acquired Eliis, a French seismic interpretation software company. Eliis brings its PaleoScan platform and a team of more than 100 specialists. The deal strengthens Seequent's geophysics capabilities and expands its subsurface portfolio beyond oil and gas into mining, groundwater, and carbon storage. Financial terms were not disclosed.
