Caterpillar has closed its acquisition of John Fabick Tractor Company, a Cat dealer covering parts of Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The deal was agreed in September. Steve Ferguson, a Caterpillar senior vice president, is now CEO and Dealer Principal of Fabick.
