Public Storage prices $500 million senior notes at 5.600% due 2036

Public Storage priced $500 million of senior notes due 2036 at 98.293% of par with a 5.600% coupon. The notes are issued by subsidiary PSOC and guaranteed by PSA. Proceeds will repay commercial paper and partially refinance $650 million of 1.500% notes maturing in 2026.
