Duos Technologies signs 20 MW colocation agreement, plans 100 MW land expansion

Duos Technologies (DUOT) announced a 10-year, 20 MW colocation agreement with a publicly traded cloud provider, valued at over $400 million. The company is also pursuing approximately 100 MW of additional data center-zoned land, with 25 MW under contract and 75 MW in active negotiations. Deployment of the new agreement is targeted for Q2 2027.
