Century Casinos (CNTY) agreed to sell Century Mile and Century Downs to Highfield Investment Group for $16.4M (CAD 23.2M), a 6.1x EBITDA multiple. The VICI Properties lease will be amended, cutting annual rent by $7.5M. Proceeds will reduce debt. Close expected Q4 2026 or Q1 2027.
