Nvidia unveils revenue sharing model with take-or-pay, minimum revenue guarantees

Nvidia introduced a revenue sharing structure where it provides a take-or-pay commitment on a portion of facility capacity, giving lenders confidence. In exchange, Nvidia shares in revenue above that floor. The company gets paid twice: hardware sale plus share of rental revenue. This could expand addressable market and create recurring revenue, potentially billions over medium to long term.
