Apple alleges OpenAI defendant used trade secrets to train AI

Apple says a defendant in its trade-secrets case against OpenAI accessed a proprietary circuit schematic and used confidential information to train an AI agent. The company also accuses OpenAI of destroying evidence. Apple is asking a federal court to expedite discovery.
