Hyperliquid in talks to enter US market through Kraken parent Payward

Hyperliquid Labs ($PURR) is in advanced talks with Kraken parent Payward to bring perpetual futures to U.S. traders via Bitnomial, a regulated exchange. Payward has presented the CFTC with a proposed structure. The deal would be Hyperliquid's first U.S. entry. Its platform does $4B+ daily volume but is unavailable to U.S. customers. If approved, the structure could set a precedent for other offshore decentralized platforms.
