HPE lifts FY adjusted EPS guidance to $3.75-$3.85, Q4 revenue view above estimates

HPE raised its fiscal year adjusted EPS guidance to $3.75-$3.85 from $3.35-$3.45 and lifted its free cash flow outlook to at least $3.75 billion. The company sees Q4 revenue of $13.9-$14.8 billion versus $12.88 billion expected. CEO cited supply constraints but said server demand remains exceptionally high. CFO noted a multi-billion-dollar hyperscaler deal awarded after quarter-end and expects AI systems revenue to improve sequentially in Q4. HPE also raised fiscal 2026-27 sales outlook.
