Verizon likely top bidder in 2027 spectrum auction, JP Morgan says, with SpaceX joining

JP Morgan analyst Sebastiano Petti expects Verizon to lead the FCC's Upper C-Band auction in 2027, bidding $10B-$20B. AT&T and T-Mobile each likely spend $5B-$10B. SpaceX could spend $2B-$5B, with an upside scenario of $10B if total auction exceeds $50B. Auction tentatively starts April 27, 2027.
