REGENXBIO's Phase II ALTITUDE data show 60% of NPDR patients at Dose Level 3 achieved a >2-step DRSS improvement three years after a single in-office gene therapy injection. No vision-threatening events or new safety signals were observed. The findings support the ongoing Phase IIb/III NAAVIGATE trial.
