Tesla registered 15,430 cars in Europe in August, up 4% from a year earlier. BYD registrations more than doubled to 26,007 units. Year-to-date, BYD leads with 234,099 cars (+144%) versus Tesla's 191,787 (+43%). The broader European market grew 5.3%.
