Hagens Berman announced a September 28 lead plaintiff deadline in a securities class action against Capricor Therapeutics (CAPR). The suit alleges Capricor made misleading statements about clinical trial data and undisclosed changes to the statistical analysis plan for deramiocel, its Duchenne muscular dystrophy therapy. Shares fell 64% on July 27 after the FDA revealed the SAP modifications. The FDA extended the PDUFA decision date to November 22.
