Bloom Energy securities fraud class action lead plaintiff deadline is today

A securities fraud class action has been filed against Bloom Energy (BE). The suit claims the company understated its reliance on scandium sourced from China through middlemen, making public statements false and misleading during the class period from February 27, 2025 to July 8, 2026.
