Castle Biosciences study shows TissueCypher changed management in 90% of NDBE patients

Castle Biosciences (CSTL) announced a study published in Foregut showing its TissueCypher test changed management recommendations in 90% of patients with non-dysplastic Barrett's Esophagus at Keck Medical Center of USC. The test classified 17% as intermediate or high risk and 83% as low risk. Management was escalated for all higher-risk patients and de-escalated for 84% of low-risk patients. The study was also presented at the American College of Surgeons Clinical Congress.
