Merck (MRK) announced an exclusive global license agreement with SciBrunch Therapeutics for SPR2015, a preclinical oral KRAS G12D inhibitor. SciBrunch receives $400M upfront and is eligible for up to $2.13B in milestone payments. Merck will record a $400M pretax charge (~$0.13/share) in Q3 2026. The transaction has closed.
