Samsung commits $1B to Helix Digital Infrastructure, an AI infrastructure platform formed by KKR. The investment builds on >$10B already committed by KKR, KIA, NVIDIA and Vistra. Helix targets data centers, power and connectivity for hyperscalers. Samsung will contribute capabilities in technology, construction, energy storage and cooling.
