TransDigm completes acquisition of Prince & Izant for $1.066 billion cash

TransDigm Group (NYSE: TDG) has closed its previously announced acquisition of Prince & Izant, a Cleveland-based manufacturer of highly engineered brazing alloys and specialty metal components. The $1.066 billion cash deal, first announced July 27, 2026, was funded from TransDigm's cash on hand.
