Aterio: oracle's 1.3 GW Wisconsin data center faces delay risk on grid approval

Infrastructure data provider Aterio says Oracle's 1.3 GW Port Washington data center may miss its H2 2027 delivery target because the grid interconnection is still awaiting regulatory approval. Aterio's base case: partial power in December 2027, full capacity in October 2028, with customer load ramping mainly from Q1 2028. Construction is progressing, with two of four halls enclosed. The next milestone is a Wisconsin PSC completeness decision around October 19.
