Diamondback Energy ($FANG) amends stockholder agreement, two directors resign

Diamondback Energy amended its stockholder agreement with SGF FANG Holdings, adjusting board designation rights for the Stephens Majority based on ownership thresholds. The Stephens Majority can designate two directors if they own between 10% and 25% of outstanding shares, and none if below 10%. Separately, directors Darin Holderness and Lance Robertson resigned as part of a Board Stepdown, with no disagreement cited.
