A Delaware court ruled that two of six patent claims by United Therapeutics against Liquidia's YUTREPIA are valid and infringed. The ruling covers the PH-ILD indication, roughly half the inhaled treprostinil market. Liquidia plans to appeal and may seek FDA label removal.
