Fifteen US states have filed a fraud lawsuit against Corteva and its newly spun-off seed business Vylor, alleging the spinoff was structured to fraudulently shed tens of billions in PFAS liabilities. The suit claims the Vylor spinoff attempts to cut off the seed company's PFAS costs.
