Leidos and Altaris complete joint venture for security screening under Analogic brand

Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) and investment firm Altaris have closed their previously announced transaction to form a U.S.-based joint venture focused on security screening for airports, borders, and critical infrastructure. The new company will operate under the Analogic brand. Leidos retains a significant minority ownership stake. Altaris entities will appoint a majority of the JV's board.
