GE HealthCare Technologies agreed to acquire Sofie Biosciences, a maker of PET-scan tracer agents, for $945 million in cash. The deal expands GE HealthCare's radiopharmaceuticals business, its fastest-growing segment, and includes U.S. rights to a late-stage cancer-detection tracer. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2027.
