Stoke Therapeutics to present STK-002 data at AAO 2026, OSPREY study dosing third cohort by year-end

Stoke Therapeutics (STOK) announced two presentations of STK-002 data at AAO 2026. STK-002 is an investigational RNA-based therapy for autosomal dominant optic atrophy (ADOA), a rare inherited optic nerve disorder with no approved treatments. The Phase 1 OSPREY study has completed dosing in the first two cohorts; the third cohort is expected to complete by year-end 2026. Initial safety and efficacy data from cohorts three and four are anticipated in H1 2027.
