FuelCell Energy appointed Matthew Latino as CFO and treasurer, succeeding Michael Bishop who held the role for 15 years. Latino joins from Xylem. Bishop will remain as senior advisor through the 2027 annual meeting. The company affirmed its target of positive adjusted EBITDA in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2027.
