Delta Q3 results showed new cards and spending on Amex/Delta co-brand cards grew over 10%. Delta expects over $9B from Amex this year, up from $8.2B. This helped Amex shrug off a $350M OCC fine for compliance issues. Shares opened down 1% but closed up 0.3%.
