Ross Stores opened 41 Ross Dress for Less and 10 dd's DISCOUNTS stores across 17 states in September and October, completing its fiscal 2026 plan of 115 new locations. The company now operates about 2,377 stores and reiterated a long-term target of 2,900 Ross and 700 dd's DISCOUNTS locations.
