Super Micro Computer (SMCI) named Mark Long as CFO effective October 14, replacing David Weigand. Long, former CFO of Western Digital, receives a $725,000 base salary, $500,000 sign-on bonus, and guaranteed $500,000 annual cash bonus. He is also eligible for performance bonuses and equity awards of 120,000 RSUs and an option for 150,000 shares vesting over four years.
