Eaton recast its 2025 segment reporting to reflect a new Mobility segment combining the legacy Vehicle and eMobility businesses. The company reported 2025 revenue of $27.4 billion. Eaton announced in January 2026 its intention to spin off the Mobility business into an independent publicly traded company.
