Lockheed Martin delivered a C-130J-30 Super Hercules to the U.S. Navy on Oct. 15. The aircraft will be modified into the E-130J Phoenix II, the Navy's next-generation TACAMO airborne nuclear command-and-control platform. Northrop Grumman will serve as mission systems integrator.
