Lockheed Martin delivered a C-130J-30 Super Hercules to the U.S. Navy on Oct. 15. The aircraft will be modified into the E-130J Phoenix II for the TACAMO nuclear command-and-control mission. Northrop Grumman will integrate specialized mission systems. Financial terms and service-entry timeline were not disclosed.
