GLPI will contribute a 262-acre parcel in Joliet, Illinois, to a joint venture with Prologis, which will develop a Class A warehouse and distribution park of over 3.8 million square feet in three phases over about five years, subject to city approval. The deal marks GLPI's first joint venture and first investment outside gaming.
