Labcorp reports Q3 2026 results, lifts full-year guidance

Labcorp reported Q3 2026 revenue of $3.81 billion, up 6.9%, and adjusted EPS of $4.78, up 14.5%. The company raised full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $18.30-$18.70 and revenue growth to 5.9%-6.7%. Labcorp also announced four acquisitions and an FDA approval for a melanoma companion diagnostic.
