ManpowerGroup has named Lidia Fonseca, former Pfizer EVP and Chief Digital and Technology Officer, to its board of directors, effective November 1, 2026. Fonseca led Pfizer's enterprise AI, digital, data, and technology strategy from 2019 to 2026 and built its AI program from inception. She also serves on Medtronic's board and as Senior Advisor to Pfizer's CEO. CEO Jonas Prising cited her technology leadership and AI expertise.
