Microsoft recasts three years of financials for new segment structure

Microsoft filed an 8-K recasting consolidated financial statements for the three years ended June 30, 2026, to reflect new segment reporting. The changes create an Agents and Infra segment and a Devices and Consumer segment, effective fiscal 2027. The recast is not a restatement of previously issued financials.
