Strategy Inc shareholders approve daily dividends on four preferred stock series

Strategy Inc ($MSTR) shareholders approved daily dividends on its 10.00% Series A Perpetual Strife (STRF), Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch (STRC), 8.00% Series A Perpetual Strike (STRK), and 10.00% Series A Perpetual Stride (STRD) preferred stock. The daily dividend schedule begins November 1, 2026 for STRC and January 1, 2027 for the others. Under the new mechanics, dividends with record dates on consecutive weekend or holiday days will be grouped to a single record and ex-dividend date, and T+1 settlement means a buyer on that grouped date receives none of the grouped dividends while a seller receives all.
