Merck Q3 beats on sales and profit; Keytruda, Gardasil revenue top estimates

Merck reported Q3 adjusted EPS of $2.49, beating the $2.07 estimate, on revenue of $18.09B versus $17.31B expected. Keytruda revenue of $8.60B and Gardasil revenue of $2.00B both topped estimates. Animal Health sales of $1.68B slightly missed the $1.69B consensus. The company maintained its full-year adjusted gross margin guidance at about 81%.
