Schwab Asset Management eyes new bond and income ETFs

Schwab Asset Management CEO Omar Aguilar says the firm sees room to expand its 34 proprietary ETFs, particularly in fixed income and actively managed fixed income. The company recently launched the Schwab International Bond ETF (SCIN) and is considering new income funds. SCHD, Schwab's dividend ETF, has $118 billion in assets. The plans come amid record ETF industry inflows.
