US Bancorp chief risk officer resigns, interim named

U.S. Bancorp disclosed that Vice Chair and Chief Risk Officer Jodi L. Richard resigned effective October 23 to take a role at another public company. The filing states the departure was not due to any disagreement. Troy W. Remington, EVP and Chief Credit Officer, will serve as interim CRO while a successor is sought.
