Verisk to proceed with AccuLynx deal after Delaware Supreme Court ruling

Verisk said it will proceed with its acquisition of AccuLynx after the Delaware Supreme Court affirmed a lower court ruling. The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and FTC review, and there is no guarantee it will be completed.
