BlackRock released estimated distribution sources for 14 closed-end funds paid October 30, 2026. Several funds, including BCX, BGR, BMEZ, BTX, BCAT, and ECAT, are returning capital to shareholders because fiscal-year distributions exceed income and realized gains. BTX's distribution is 100% return of capital; BCAT's fiscal-year payout is 93% return of capital. The disclosures are required under each fund's managed distribution plan.
