Merck beats estimates, lifts guidance on Keytruda and Winrevair growth

Merck's third-quarter revenue rose 5% to $18.09 billion, beating estimates, with adjusted EPS of $2.49 versus $2.09 expected. Keytruda sales grew 6% to $8.6 billion, including $830 million from the new injectable Qlex. Winrevair sales jumped 93% to $694 million. The company raised full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $2.77-$2.82 and sales guidance to $66.8-$67.3 billion. Shares rose 4.5% to $147.27.
