Baker Hughes (BKR) completed the all-cash sale of its Waygate Technologies business to Hexagon for approximately $1.45 billion, before customary closing adjustments. The deal includes Waygate's NDT and imaging portfolios. Baker Hughes said the proceeds strengthen its balance sheet and support portfolio discipline.
