Lazard completes Campbell Lutyens acquisition, launches Lazard CL private capital unit

Lazard closed its acquisition of Campbell Lutyens and launched Lazard CL, a private capital advisory business with 300-plus professionals and 19 offices. The deal, announced April 30, was paid mostly in stock. Lazard expects Lazard CL to generate about $500 million in revenue and be accretive in 2027.
