Rocket One's Hoth ends HT-001 Phase 2a early, plans FDA talks for Phase 3

Hoth Therapeutics, a subsidiary of Rocket One, stopped its Phase 2a study of HT-001 early after reviewing interim efficacy and safety data. It will finish data analysis and ask the FDA for feedback on a possible Phase 3 study. HT-001 is a topical aprepitant formulation for dermatologic toxicities from EGFR inhibitor cancer therapy.
